"only thing is the location is not very safe at night but that's expected in a city like paris haha, i would suggest if you are a girl and going home late to just get an uber or bolt rather than the metro/tram. otherwise in the day time it is good :)"
"To be honest i always return in any apartment i like.. for this i would come back again for sure.. it is a shared apartment.. very clean.. comfortable bedroom.. everything was perfect.. i felt at home.. close to train station .. 6 mins from saint denis… Host is superb .. kitchen, my nieghours perfect… Everything was great. Bathroom, toilet, kitchen perfect.. Very quite place with good view.. Sir i am coming back"
