La Maison T&M

"The location was blissfully quiet with no traffic or airplane noise and hidden away in a huge walled garden. The photographs looked really good, but in reality it was even better. We met the owner, who lives in the big main house, who was absolutely lovely and available if we needed anything. Checking in was simple - a security code to get through the main gates and a security code to get the keys from a key safe in order to get into the flat. The accomodation is modern, clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We were only staying one night as we were on our way to Switzerland, but we would have happily stayed here longer. There is also an EV charging point at the house for those who need such things. Terrifric value."

"I can't think of anything negative other than that there are no local shops in the small hamlet. The nearest supermarket (Leclerc) is about 15 minutes away, but that's not a big issue. I've no idea where the nearest restaurant might be, but we tend to cook for ourselves anyway."

"We have stayed several times and like to try out each of the lovely converted buildings. The laundry is an architect's delight. Everything is new and well made. Everything works. This is a special place to stay."

"Nothing. The laundry has no shower, only a huge bath. Not a problem for us."

"The property and its grounds are absolutely stunning, traditionally French and with everything you need to enjoy your holiday."

"Aucun."

"The property is full of character in peaceful surroundings. Extremely comfortable and clean. Great location for a stopover."

"Location and quality of accommodation"

"No personal contact / welcome with owners other than email explaining entry. We never met the owners. No USB charging points."

"Stunning property with excellent hosts. The rooms were very stylish, comfortable and clean. There is an electric car charger that you pay for on site. Which was a bonus."

"Aucun."

"The accommodation, facilities, surroundings, value for money, attention to detail. Absolutely the best value for money stay I've ever stayed at, this place could definitely charge double. Incredibly well thought out, everything you could possible need, and little chocolate and cakes, coffee, tea, sugar, body washes, washing up, couldnt have asked for more. And a gated entrance and driveway for your car to be safely parked over night."

"Nothing."

"Our second stay in the converted barn. Very comfortable and well appointed. Lovely location in small village. Within easy access to motorway."

"Sadly our stay was ruined by disruptive guests in adjacent accommodation within the grounds, who arrived in three vehicles at 21.00 pm and subsequently departed at 02.00 am. Regrettably the hosts were unaware of the commotion. This was unrepresentative of the property as we had previously had a lovely peaceful stay there."

"Well equipped, modern conversion, easy parking, enclosed estate, quiet, always very clean, all gites are in separate buildings, the pigeonnier is charming and warm in winter. This was our fourth stay and we will be back. 20 mins from Troyes. 20 mins from Belvedere on Lac d'Orient."

"Nothing."

"Spotlessly clean property in a great secluded area which felt very safe. Very comfortable with great amenities. Clear precise instructions from host who was very helpful."

"There was nothing to dislike - it ticked all the boxes"
