"We hadden wat moeite het te vinden, daar was de vrouw des huizes erg geïrriteerd over omdat ze een afspraak had. Ze had nog wel heel even tijd om te zeggen dat we vooral zuinig moesten zijn met de verwarming . We kwamen aan binnen de normale tijd. Het begin was dus niet zo gezellig, daarna hebben we haar niet gezien of gehoord."

"Il manquait peut-être une couverture de plus et plus d'ustensiles moins usés pour faire la cuisine. Peut-être aussi plus d'affaires dans la salle de bain et la cuisine (papier wc, sopalin, mouchoirs ..) J'aurais apprécié pouvoir rencontrer les hôtes à mon arrivée."

"La maison est très bien agencée. Il y a tout le matériel utile et tout est très propre. La situation géographique permet de profiter de Giverny et de La Roche-Guyon. Contact facile avec l'hôte."

"Very cosy house, beautully renovated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is so good to have - a rarity in a rural house in France."

"The hosts were relaxed and welcoming. Considering they also live on the premises, it didn’t feel we were intruding or had to keep tucked away. In fact we rarely bumped into others. As three young females, we felt very safe staying here and well connected to local towns (only if you have a car!). You also get free animal therapy as the animals roam around and are very sweet. Previous reviews complain of a loud main road outside the property - yes there is a main road but I would disagree it’s loud or caused any issue. Minimal cars go by."

"The gite was spacious with excellent facilites. It was a pity we were only staying one night so could not take full advantage of the large, well-equipped kitchen and the enormous table!! It was a very quiet location yet close to an interesting town. Cécile was a kind and welcoming hostess and she brought a lovely breakfast basket to our door for us to enjoy at our leisure."
