"Lovely hosts and lovely holiday"

"There was nothing to dislike. We, (4 adults and 2 children) have had the best holiday. The good weather was a bonus, the children and adults loved the pool and were in it every day. The children enjoyed the chickens and especially the two ducks and made sure before coming back into the cottage each day that they were in their enclosure. Adele and Andy are lovely hosts. Their hospitality is exceptional and the cottage is comfortable, clean, has everything you coukd wish for, and a bonus it has soft mattresses, yeah! I can't recommend L'Ancienne Etable enough. Thank you Adele and Andy."

"Une maison propre et bien equipée avec une proprio hyper sympa. Mais le gros plus est l'immense jardin et sa piscine."

"Merci aux propriétaires disponibles et très sympathiques ! La maison est parfaite, la piscine au top (18° extérieur et 24 ° pour la piscine, ça fait du bien après les balades). Tout était super !"

"Une seule douche pour 7… envisager un pommeau en plis pr baignoire serait les bienvenues, ne pas proposer aux enfants de se doucher à la douche de la piscine… au pris de la location et du temps…"

"A wonderful place to stop when traveling through France by car. There is private parking. The room is very comfortable and cozy, tastefully decorated, and has everything you might need—a large, comfortable bed, a TV, a spacious wardrobe, a writing desk and a coffee table, a digital alarm clock, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a complimentary selection of tea bags and coffee pods. We were also welcomed with a bottle of water and some pastries. There is a common room with board games, table football, comfortable armchairs, and a fireplace. The shower and toilet are located outside the room, but they are private for our use; the shower is spacious and stylishly designed. The hosts are exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was prepared especially for us and served at the time that suited us—thank you so much for such wonderful service."

"Colmar is very much a fairytale town so if the fairytale vibe is your thing, La Fabiola really compliments it. My kids loved the attic room (or princess room as they called it) and the whole rustic vibe of the apartment is super cool. Location-wise it simply could not be better with a view of the covered market. Christine, the host, was absolutely lovely and gave us lots of helpful information. Outstanding host, apartment and town."
