It's equipped which everything you need for cooking, ironing, drying, washing machine, coffee machine, heater and cooler. It's at Magnan tram station - 10 min walk from Old town and 2 min from the beach, one minute from Carrefour and minutes from promenade. Very silent location because it's inside the yard. Spacious."
