"・部屋の清潔さ、広さ、設備の充実ぶり(足りないものは一切ありませんでした)と使い勝手の良さ。 ・ホストの迅速な対応と親切さ。 ・説明書が充実していて安心感があること。 ・観光案内書が豊富に用意されていること。 ・冷蔵庫にアルザスワインとビールが入っている(！)こと。 ・無料で自転車の貸し出しがあり、エアーポンプなども完備されていること。 あまりのすばらしさに、自分が数年度予約できるかどうか心配です。 本当にありがとうございました。素晴らしい滞在になりました。"

"Nous avons aimé la literie, le côté pratique de l'appartement, il est en RDC pratique lors de l'arrivée et lors du départ avec les bagages à transporter. Place de parking ET place dans un garage et une terrasse à disposition. Notre hote a été disponible et dans le frigo nous avons trouvé une bouteille de crémant d'Alsace.... Merci pour cette attention 👏. Pendant la période hivernale, accès direct et à pied, au très beau marché de Noël de Bergheim... À visiter... Nous reviendrons 👍"

"Top Lage, ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten in den Ort. Völlig einfacher und problemloser Check-In. Sehr sauber, schöne gut ausgestattete Küche. Kostenlose Fahrräder sind ideal, um morgens beim Bäcker im Ort frische Brötchen zu holen. Ruhige Terrasse und Parkplatz vor dem Haus."

"Onverzorgde tuin en terras, hoge dicht haag (verwilderd) zonder enig uitzicht. Ontbreken van afvalemmertjes in badkamer en wc. In tegenstelling tot foto: slechts één bedlampje wat met verlengsnoer en stekkerblok door de slaapkamer heen in het enige stopcontact kon."

"Beautiful property with excellent furnishings and everything you need for a trip away."
"Superbe maison. Idéale pour un grand groupe. On n'a manqué de rien, elle est parfaitement équipée. L'environnement est agréable, (a tester l'été avec la terrasse et sa belle vue) il a pleins de recoin où chacun peut trouver un peu d'intimité . Merci pour l'accueil et les facilités d'arrivée et de départ."

"Petit studio fonctionnel dans une résidence calme au coeur de Cavalaire. Notre hôte nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous y retournerons pour une prochaine virée à Cavalaire."

"It's the second time we stayed at l'Etage. The location (10min walk to the train station and slightly further to the center) was perfect for us. This studio has everything you need for a short stay (+ many classic books in French, also for children) and is just fine for 4 people. The contact with the owner is reliable and kind, there were tourist maps and information about cultural activities in Rennes available in the appartment which we apprecieted and used. The price is friendly, compared to other places at similiar location in Rennes."
