"到着時間が予定より早かったが、WhatsAppで対応してくれた。手入れが素晴らしく、広くてすてき。調度品もしゃれている。オーナーとはWhatsAppでやり取りし、会っていない。掃除のおばさんとチェックアウト時にあった。英語は話せないため、google翻訳でやり取りした。"
"初頭に利用した。夕方から朝まで暖房が切れてしまって、起きていると寒かった。時差ボケで夜明け前に起きてしまったときは寒い。ダメもとでWhatsAppで連絡するとヒーターを入れてくれた。ヒーターは全て遠隔操作になっているらしい。"

"This apartment was more spacious than we expected and the location was superb. Easy flat 20 minute stroll from the railway station (with luggage) and only 5 minutes walk to the main Christmas markets in Colmar and a stroll across the road to the small market in the park. It was very quiet and comfortable. Our luggage did not make our flight to Basel and we had to wait in the apartment a whole day to take delivery of it. I mentioned this to our host when he messaged me to see if everything was alright with the apartment. He very kindly offered us a late checkout so we could spend our last day at the markets. Michel is a very thoughtful host."
