"The rooms could have been cleaner. There was a sock left under a bed, a dirty tissue under the mattress and a very dust shelf in a cupboard that made all our clothes white with dust."

"Really spacious two-story family room, amazing view from the window. Comfortable beds, good linen. We stayed just one night, but overall it was a comfortable stay. Very welcoming and friendly staff."
"A small fridge would be nice to have, since it is a small village and people have to buy some food for hiking in advance. Also a teapot or coffee maker would be a plus. But in general, everything was fine."
"Great location with a huge room. Very clean and more modern than other hotels in Pralong. Breakfast was limited to cook your own eggs and pancakes with some continental options. I would have expected more cooked options but overall a nice and comfortable stay."
"My parents had to stay in a separate hotel due to availability of rooms but when we arrived it was actually a 2 bedroom duplex which could have easily slept 4 so it was a shame it wasn’t advertised as this on the website as it was extra hassle and cost."

"Beautiful old building in a stunning riverside location. Really friendly, helpful multi lingual staff. Small picturesque village, walking distance to the cable car to take you to the amenities of Les 2 Alpes. Or for peace & quiet stay close to the hotel & hike the mountain and riverside trails."
