"The apartment was very bright and inviting. The balcony was huge, and the fact that it had a washing machine was a huge plus. I also thought the layout was okay. There were three of us, so it was fine. However, I couldn't imagine it being four. The tram stop is also just around the corner, so you can get to the city center very quickly. There are also several supermarkets.The area is very quiet, and you can't hear a sound day or night. The fact that the bathroom was accessed via the connecting room didn't bother us."

"When we arrived, we saw that the air conditioner was dripping heavily, and had apparently been doing so all day. It was dripping directly onto the television, forming a puddle underneath. Under these conditions, we couldn't use the television. We also had a massive infestation of ants in the kitchen. A cup of tea tree oil helped, but they didn't completely disappear. We informed the landlady about the situation, and she quickly responded that she could send someone over. Another small drawback is that there are no closets to empty your suitcase. So, we lived out of our suitcase for 10 days, which was constantly in the way."

"The apartment is fine for a family of 3, but for 4+ people it will be problematic, read all the reviews carefully, because there will be problems with the privacy of the toilet and rooms From the minuses I can note the following: - 2 problems with the bathroom: in the bathroom there is a problem with the door to the shower cabin (does not close and water can leak onto the floor, which requires wiping with a rag every time after taking a shower) and a gap in the sliding door to the bathroom (the width of the door is not enough - to close the opening, and gaps remain - through which you can see everything that happens in the bathroom, if you come close, the same with sounds from the bathroom. Not suitable for vacationers with strangers (it is not comfortable to visit the toilet and shower - everything is visible and audible to everyone in the apartment) - There are no hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to hang a towel when taking a shower - The room is upstairs very dangerous (climbing a narrow path without handrails and a low chair) and difficult to use (just climb in and sleep) - They take a very large deposit of 500€ unexpectedly (on Booking it is written - that it is written off 7 days before check-in, but in reality on the day of check-in - which may not be expected - It is not said where to throw away the garbage, after your stay, you have to look for it on the nearest streets (it is not clear whether it is allowed to use someone else's container) - The stairwell in the entrance has a bunch of electrical cables hanging unprotected - The water that the owners leave in the fridge is not trustworthy, it looks like they have independently collected it from the tap into glass bottles (instead, it would be nicer to get factory-packed bottles of water, it is not expensive, for Nice 1."

"It was really nice and very clean when we arrived. The train station was nearby and there were many different shops close to the property, which made everything very convenient."

"I didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t really close properly. Also, at the beginning of the stairs there was no light, only on the second and third floor, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night."

"Convieniently placed to catch the tram into the city centre, literally 5 min walk down the road. Spacious apartment with amazing air con, we all slept really well. Heads up, mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a ladder, our teenager loved it, but I could see little kids or someone with mobility issues struggling. Also note that the bathroom is off the main bedroom, didn't bother us at all as we're a family but might not work for some people. Really appreciated the water and tea being left for us and communication from the hosts was great."

"The accomodation was perfect and had everything we required. We're to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and church bells was wonderful. Close to transport but also easy to navigate when walking. Close to good supermarkets and individual bakers and greengrocers. Geraldine was also prompt in communication. Highly recommend."

"Very nice apartment in a close proximity to the tram station (Line 1). It is well equipped, clean and friendly. Our host provided us with all informations we needed. Strongly recommended to couples or families."

"The bathroom door opens to the bedroom, so the other couple whose accomodation was on the gallery had to go through the other's bedroom (sometimes during the night). Otherwise we had no more problens."

"Excellent location, clean, nice design, good wify, nice balcony, nice neighbourhod, very good access to the center of the city with tram. The aircondition worked greatly and kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything needed. The location was perfect, we never needed to use UBER, tram was there on time day and night."

"It is not easy to park the car in the neighbourhood; also, the door of the bathroom can be a problem for some people because it doesn't close completely ( there is a gap from the side). Finally, the room is comfortable for a couple or a family with a teenager or an older child because the attic bed can be dangerous to be used by smaller kids and also can be difficult to be used from tall adults."
