"La personne à l’accueil a été très sympathique et m’a reçu avec professionnalisme, ce qui est très appréciable."
"L’hôtel a du charme mais il semble un peu resté dans son jus d’époque. La décoration, la peinture et les équipements paraissent vieillissants. Un rafraîchissement général, ainsi qu’une attention plus poussée à la propreté, seraient les bienvenus."

"L'hôtel est bien et le personnel présent et agréable, nous sommes arrivés tard suite à un repas familial suivant un décès, le monsieur a été d'une grande aide. Vous le remercierez (nuit du 18 au 19 août), cela nous a bien réconforté pour passer une bonne nuit. 😊"
"Il faudrait penser à mettre des verres en plastiques et assez de serviettes pour le nombre de clients =》3 clients, 3 lots de serviettes Là il y en avait que pour 1 ! 😕 Et, pas de petits déjeuners. Très décevant quand on a 600 km a faire après.... il n'est indiqué à la réservation que l'on peut réserver le petit dejeuner.. obligé de trouver ailleurs.. 😓"

"We were initially greeted by the resident dog and cat which we loved xx The staff were great and very helpful. We were very happy with our room, lovely comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The food at the restaurant was exquisit! All staff were very helpful and knowledgeable too."

"Staff were brilliant , friendly and approachable, room was cosy but acceptable in size, good view of the mountain and 'basket' lift. Location was super with basket lift to main ski lifts literally over the road and when I was there possibility to ski back to the hotel. There is a spacious lounge/bar area and ski rental in the basement. Breakfasts were good and for evening dining there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk. Definitely would stay again if in Alp d'Huez"
