"Small but very stylish studio overlooking the Erdre river with a balcony to watch the world go by. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Pleasant walks and park by the river, boat/kayak hire, cafes, bars, shop, tram and bus stops within a few metres. Easy walking to main attractions and restaurants. The owner is delightful, let us use his garage and explained everything to do with the apartment. Wished we'd stayed a bit longer."

"The pillows were a bit thin, and 2 each would be better than the one each provided. We found the bedcover too warm so a lighter alternative in addition would be a good idea."

"A wonderfully situated studio flat with a great balcony overlooking the river full of barges. There was a festival on the Quayside the night we stayed with food from all over the world. It was marvellous. The flat is perfect."

"Quite noisy at night due to a bar on a barge on the cansl directly opposite. Hadnt realused from the images that there is a road directly outside the buildng. The images give the impresdson that it is directly overlooking the canal, with no riad inbetween. That said, its still a great location."

"Loved the location as well as the suite. Within walking distance to city center. David was a wonderful host. I would highly recommend L'Erdream."
