"Location is nice. apartment is well equipped"
"Instructions for the door and key are not very clear, but not a big deal finally, just a bit of loss of a time. The more important is that owner didn't try to help, when at leave day we couldn't open key box to leave key there. there is no back-up plan. He kept saying: put it in the box. We proposed all possible alternatives, but he wasn't listening, but was repeating: put it in the box. Finally we agreed alternative solution, but he complained to Booking, that we left key in dangerous place, even after agreement, that is all documented in the chat."
