"We had a very friendly welcome from Mike. The art work, curios and books in the main reception room were fascinating and coupled with an open log fire on a cold wet evening created a very welcoming space. The dinner was superb, flavoursome ,interesting and locally sourced."
"Unfortunately the immersion heater tripped out and we didn’t have any hot water for showers in the morning."
"It was a very unusual property located in the middle of the French countryside quite difficult to find. The host was excellent and could not do more for us. Evening meal was very tasty and made just for us, however it was quite an expensive addition to our stay at £105Eur. for two, but very pleasantly served by a very attentive waitress service. The grounds were excellent for our dog with plenty of space for walking."

"Gewoon alles. Het huis, superschone kamers, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar Mike die tevens een uitstekende kok is, rust in huis, de ligging tussen prachtige bomen. Het authentieke, de sfeer! Vooral ook het heerlijke menu dat Mike voor ons maakte. Goed ontbijt, heerlijke koffie!"
