"The villa has panoramic views of the mountains and a partial view of St Tropez bay. The villa is ideal for a family or group holiday and Eric (the host) has furnished and equipped it to a very high standard e.g. every room air conditioned, funky furnishings, comfy beds, outside fridge, two fridge freezers, coffee machine, outside plancher and to much more to list. This was our second stay and intend to book again at some point. Outside, aside from the views, the swimming pool is excellant and the two covered terraces provide some welcome shade from the sunshine when needed."

"The villa is in a beautiful location with superb views and it is very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the terrace. We were a group of 10 people, of which 3 were grandparents, 4 were parents and 3 were children of 2, 2, and 5 years old. The grandparents used the bedrooms upstairs, which gave them some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious, with a laundry room and an extra fridge/freezer."

"Uiterst geschikt voor 14 personen. Mooi uitzicht. Buitenkeuken, verschillende terrassen, zwembad had nog zo’n tot savonds."

"De ruime 8 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers. Het prachtige zwembad. Voor de verwarming ervan moest nog weer 250 euro extra worden betaald. Dat vonden wij wel over de top. De mogelijkheid om te pingpongen en de jeu de boules baan. Er zijn 2 wasmachines en 1 droger wat fantastisch is en 2 grote koelkasten. Het mooie uitzicht vanaf het terras. De buitenkeuken."
"Er waren mankementen die niet zijn verholpen tijdens ons verblijf, terwijl het door de eigenaar wel was toegezegd. De 3 pits kookplaat is onvoldoende voor 14 personen. Het kleine wasrek om eventueel natte kleding op te hangen is echt bespottelijk. Doordat alles van harde materialen is in de woonkamer, weerkaatst het geluid heel erg. Meer aankleding, bijvoorbeeld gordijnen en een wandkleed zou al helpen. Er is geen deur tussen het woongedeelte en de rest van het huis, wat storend is, als de helft van het gezelschap op bed ligt en de rest zit nog in de woonkamer. Het raampje tussen 1 slaapkamer beneden en de badkamer van de andere slaapkamer is vervelend. Als diegene 's nachts naar de wc gaat, schijnt het door. Dit is heel eenvoudig te verhelpen door er een plank voor te maken. Een andere slaapkamer beneden heeft naast en boven de deur ook ramen, wat ook storend is als men in de hal het licht aan doet. Een paar ligbedden moeten worden vervangen. Ze zijn wankel omdat de pootjes scheefstand of stuk zijn."
