The space is well-renovated and has air conditioning, an island bench kitchen and a well-designed bathroom, It has beautiful wooden flooring, tall double-glazed French windows, attractive décor un peu bohème, tall bookshelves with an interesting array of books and a good kitchen. A short walk to the cafes of the Bvd. du Montparnasse, the Bvd. Raspail, the Rue de Rennes, the shops of the 6th arrondissement, métro stations and the Gare Montparnasse. A very pleasant walk through the Jardin du Luxembourg to the Bvd. Saint-Germain, the Bvd. Saint Michel, the Latin Quarter, the Musée de Cluny, the Panthéon and Rue Mouffetard."
