"Good location, super clean."

"We were waiting in front of the house for 90 minutes - when you only have 1 night at a place, that's not great: arrived at 4pm, check-in was from 3pm, and only got into the place at 5.30pm, standing in front of the house with 3 hungry, tired kids after a day hike. The host had sent a message in the morning regarding arrival time that I didn't see until 1hr before arrival (I had assumed the code sent in the confirmation message was the keylock code; turns out it wasn't). I wrote back immediately, called when we arrived, but could not reach anyone. When the host finally called back, all he told us was a 4-digit key lock code that could have been easily sent in the message in the morning... Unnecessary. However, for check-out, we got a call and a message from the cleaner the evening before: "when would we leave; perhaps before 10am check-out??". Beds were not made. More than one roll of toilet paper would be great too. Maybe even a couple of coffee pods for the machine?"
