"Proximité de la mer ( possibilité d’aller à la plage à pied!). Parking dans la résidence. Une terrasse avec mobilier pour quatre. Deux chiliennes. Une piscine… des jeux pour les enfants. Une résidence sans voiture… elles sont sur le parking de la résidence. Intérieur du logement avec decos thème marin simples mais très sympa. Les WC sont séparés de la salle de bain ( un vrai plus!). Équipements: machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, cafetière, mini four… il faut être motorisé ou avoir un vélo car le ravitaillement est à quelques kms."

"Amazing location just 2 minutes walk from the center of St Maxime. I came for a short week with a friend of mine and the apartment is exactly like the pictures and very quiet away from the noisy streets. Great apartment for a summer holiday with everything you need (do bring your own towels though). It is recently renovated and very clean. The air conditioning is a great addition. Also, the kitchen is well equipped if you wish to eat in. Would highly recommend."

"The overall quality, condition and cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. It felt like a brand new property. The secure underground parking was an added bonus. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the boulangerie, coastal path and beach. Everything was within walking distance - restaurants, Dinard centre, beaches, ferry to St Malo etc"

"We had a great stay in this spacious flat, which is in an excellent location, as advertised. The communication from the host was very clear and it was easy to find and to gain access to the flat. The property was very clean on arrival with everything corresponding to the description. The city's main attractions are minutes by foot from the doorstep. Very nice patisserie on the street corner. We would definitely like to come back."
