"寒い日だったのですが、エアコンのリモコンを（電池切れではないのだが）どうにも上手く操作することが出来ず、部屋を暖めることが出来なかった。使用説明があればよかったと思います。"

"There is a lot of care in the details, from spa therapists' skills, maintenance of facilities (pools, bikes), to dining options. It was just right, refined, without excess. It's bustling for families and retired couples, groups, so I suggest this hotel less for romantic getaway but more for a relaxation trip. I especially loved how close it is to several town options for cafes, surf, and markets."
