"少し早めについてしまったけれど、チェックインの時間も柔軟に対応してくれたし、コーヒーマシンと水のマシンがあって一日中自由に飲めたことはありがたかった。着いてすぐお茶が飲めた時にはホッとした。質問にも迅速に答えてくれて、スタッフの対応もとても良かった。館内は清潔感もあるし、全体的に洗練されていて居心地が良い。４Fの部屋には天窓もついていた。近くにサクッと食べられる美味しいパスタ屋さんもあり、電車の駅にもトラムの駅にも近い。旧港までもすぐ行ける。"
"特に思い当たらない。狭い道の坂の途中にあるので、Uberは呼びづらいけれど、駅まで3分程度なので健脚なら得に問題ないと思う。ただ駅までの道はボコボコかつ上り坂なので、重い荷物を持って歩くのは多少しんどい。"
"朝、フロントにスタッフが不在だったが、10時以後に外出先から連絡したら、チェックアウトと荷物預かりを快く引き受けてくれた。チェックアウト後も居心地良いラウンジでくつろぐことができた。"

"Great location and a lovely hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the code functionality with the doors and the common spaces were clean."
"We feel that this hotel may have once offered more amenities but it has been pulled back a bit. The room has a small kitchenette with all the facilities to make tea and coffee but you have to go to the basement to make it. Slightly impersonal without staff around. Not that it’s a big deal but one day they forgot to provide us towels and because there was no one on site after 5 we had to wait to the next day."
