"他の方のコメント通りパール夫人はとても素敵な方でした。6泊したのですが、途中でベッドメーキング・タオルの交換等とても快適に過ごせました。ワンちゃんのHelaもとても人懐こいワンちゃんでした。メトロLyon駅やBastille駅にも歩いて10分弱でどこへ行くのにも便利でした。"

"好立地、コンパクトながら快適な部屋、素敵なオーナーのマダム…、パリ滞在がより素敵なものになりました。 バスタブがあったこと、マドレーヌやコーヒー、紅茶、牛乳、ジャムなどの心配りも、嬉しかったです。 あえて言うなら…ですが、洗濯機があると長期滞在もしやすいかな。 いずれにしても、友達にも教えたい、また滞在したい素敵な素敵な宿です。"

"主要駅であるバスティーユ駅とリヨン駅から徒歩5分程度で近く、バス停もホテル近くにあり移動が便利でした。また、比較的大きいスーパーが隣にあるので、お土産等を買うのにも便利な立地です。 旅行の短期間のホテルというよりかは、普段からパリのアパルトマンに住んでいるかのように感じるほど部屋の居心地が良かったです。 また、お部屋にはマドレーヌ・コーヒー・紅茶・オレンジジュース・牛乳が用意されており、美味しくいただきました。 据え置き型のクーラーと、扇風機があったので、室内の温度調節もできると思います。（7月下旬の宿泊でしたが涼しかったので使用はしていません） 暖房もありました。 シャワー、洗面台ともにお湯が出るのが早く、温度調節も容易にできました"

"Nice, charming and quiet first floor apartment. Pleasant stay right next to Gare de Lyon and the Bastille Opera. Several really nice options for coffee, restaurants and wine bars if you meander towards Place d'Aligre which has a small but very nice market. Sebastien is an excellent host"

"Everything was amazing! Easy access. Very good host!! Next to the metro station. Next to a supermarket and pharmacy. Next to good cafes and restaurants. Next to the opera. We used the bicycles a lot to see the city. The room was fully equipped. The building had an absolutely lovely mini garden at the entrance."

"The bed was really comfy , very good quality but quite small . So if you are tall or overweight don’t choose it ."

"Outstanding apartment, set in a delightul courtyard garden tended by the charming and helpful host, Madame Perl. Highlights include a comfortable bed, classy modern slightly Japanese decor and so many nice touches eg distinctive wall art, a smart radio offering my choice of classical music and jazz, a great bathroom. Location is a little remote from the central attractions of Paris, but conducive to leisurely walks along the Seine, proximity to Marche Alegre and a very convenient Carrefours next door. Not an easy place to leave."

"Great place. Loved it. The lady who runs it is really charming. Very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Compact, but everything is there. Beautiful courtyard outside and very quiet given it is on Rue de Lyon. Location from Gare de Lyon is just minutes. Plenty of bistros around and supermarket two doors down."

"Lovely owner who was extremely helpful and went extra mile with helping us on our trip. Apartment was lovely and it was easy to jump on bus or a train from it. Bus stop is very close, for train you need to walk maybe 10 minutes. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was handy! I would definitely stay here again if I happen to come to Paris."

"No major complaints, a bit of noise from apartment next door so if you're a light sleeper you might wanna bring earplugs just in case."
