"Decent property, Old building but freshly renewed. Two bedroom at the first floor (stairs could be more comfortable) nice living at the ground floor. All needed facilities (both kitchen and bathroom). Good beds. Good location (quiet residential area) when you have a car to go to visit around. Quite close to center St Malo (10 min by car)."

"The reservation did not mention any additional costs for the rental. The unpleasant surprise was that we had to pay for the bed sheets and towels ... !!! It is the first time when this happens when using Booking.com (in ~ 10 years and ~ 7 countries)."

"L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région et faire de petites balades à pied (campagne). Il est très bien équipé. Le parking privé tout proche est un vrai plus."

"Mettre de nouveaux draps de lit (notamment dans la petite chambre) : bien que les draps soient propres, plusieurs taches anciennes y sont visibles et pourraient être rédhibitoires."

"Closeness to the station , location good. Compact , bathroom area and shower were great. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was attentive and answered all my questions without delay, very helpful. The apartment was homely. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"An excellent base to visit central Paris in under an hour via RER C and express trains (H,J). Also an interesting historic town and river port in its own right and with many restaurants, traditional French bars and a market. Ample free street parking right outside the gate."

"Nous avons réservé le château pour fêter nos 30 ans avec un ami. L’endroit est parfait pour se retrouver, de nombreux couchages et très bien équipé. Nous étions 25 et c’était suffisant. Le cadre est parfait pour une ambiance médiévale et nous avons était très bien reçu par la personne qui s’occupe des lieux."
