"The stairs might seem challenging for elderly people, or for travellers with a big suitcase. But it's quite a common thing, as I know, and with a bit of effort it's still manageble."

"I sadly agree with the comments of everybody about the stairs ! they are quite narrow and steep, limit dangerous actually! but I mean I dont think there's anything the host can do about it, it's obviously and old building and I don't think it would be fair to take points away because of that - just note that if you have reduced mobility this place is not for you."
