"Great location, backs onto the park, Nancy thermal around the corner- supermarket, patisserie and lovely local restaurant serving local produce all within minutes walk."
"On 3rd floor which was fine for us but could be a problem for access for others- no lift - and not a party location as quiet neighbourhood- again not a problem for us but don’t go if you want to be dancing and playing music after 10- this is not for you"

"Very good location, from one room you can see a beautiful park and from the other one a charming street. The apartment is very clean and bright, a perfect mix between old charm and new comfort. Warm design, everything inspires calm and happiness. The kitchen very well equipped, tea for every moment of the day, coffee capsules, (even dishwasher capsule). Comfy bed, large and clean bathroom. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The host is very friendly and the communication was very smooth."

"lovely apartment close to the main station in Nancy. It is located in a quiet street close to Parc Saint Marie- a very nice place in summer and has a supermarket within 5 minutes' walking distance. The apartment has a bedroom and a living room/ kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need. there was even coffee and tea available- thank you for that! the host has an eye for details and decorated the place tastefully. if you are travelling for work- there is a small desk and a good internet connection that enables you to work."

"Le logement est sur équipé. Tout est sur place papier toilette sopalin linge de maison..en grande quantité les filtres à café Les produits d entretien Les appareils de confort sèche cheveux etc... Les vélos.. Appartement proche de la mer Terrain parfait fermé table extérieure pour les repas Et accueil tres chaleureux. Je recommande vivement ANITA DUNOYER CHRISTIAN LE GARS ELISE DEBROUST"

"The location is excellent. It is right next to the beach, restaurants, and a bakery. Supermarket is 10 minutes away by walk. The apartment is cozy with a really nice dining area. Communication with owners was great."

"We had a wonderful stay at Côté Mer. The location could not be better, with spectacular views of the sea just outside the window. The hosts, Laurent and Caroline, were incredibly nice and helpful. We had a small problem with the washing machine and they came immediately to help us. The apartment is completely renovated, beautifully decorated and has all the facilities you could want. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of storage space. We warmly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again!"
