"The location was really central, right in the middle of the Medieval town of Riquewihr. During the Christmas markets, access to the town is limited, so we had to cart our suitcases up the road into the town along cobbled roads. This was not a problem for us, but others may find it difficult. The apartment was very quiet even with lots of people in the street outside. It was very prettily presented, the kitchen was really well stocked, it was warm and the beds comfortable. Communication with the host was great via booking."

"We found the apartment but it would have been useful to know that the entrance door was up the stairs that you had to go up to get into a Christmas shop. The apartment door access was at a right angle to the road and not easily seen - particularly with hundreds of people in the street taking photos of the beautiful Christmas façade decorations. I think it was the best decorated house / shop in the village. We only used two of the bedrooms, but the third bedroom had energy saving lightbulbs which gave virtually no light at all. This bedroom was not very clean - probably because the cleaner cannot see due to the lack of light. The rest of the property was very clean. There were very strict instructions to strip the beds and to take your rubbish to the bins - we do this often but I would imagine that lots of people are not willing to strip the beds."

"Location was bang in the centre of town. Beds were comfy."

"Only issue was the stairs and getting luggage into the apartment."

"Amazing cozy and beautiful"

"We liked everything"

"Central. Clean. Well equipped. Very spacious and comfortable"

"Second floor property but not a problem provided fit enough for stairs."

"The location was perfect - right in the Center of the old town. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and there was plenty tea and coffee to be enjoyed. We travelled there in January and found most restaurants were closed on Saturday night and Sunday morning so be sure to wait until 10:30am when some of the shops finally opened. I am sure the town is a lot more vibrant in summer. Great little biscuit store down at the bottom of the city."

"The tap in the the toilet was faulty and the hand shower bracket was broken off. Please have them fixed. Please complete the check in instructions with details on where to park."

"Fantastic location in the centre of beautiful Riquewihr. Lovely comfortable and spacious family apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a Christmas Tree!"

"Parking was difficult but we were given prior notice this would be the case."
