"The location was exactly the same as on the photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. Good beds and it was very clean. Public transportation is just a 10 minute walk, including grocery stores. It is a perfect place for a citytrip to Paris. Next time we go, we will book it again."

"The apartment was a great space for us. We had all the facilities we needed. Nicolas was a very good host and was always helpful with extra things we needed or tips on places to go in the local area or how to get about the city. Close enough to the city to get in and out easily but far enough away to unwind when we needed to. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants that we enjoyed visiting."

"Space, facilities, quality of the facilities, cleanliness of the apartment, quietness of the area, close to the tram stop and the host. It's very easy to get there from Paris CBD, metro line 13. And there is a tram line from the metro station, just a one stop to the apartment."

"The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The place is beautiful and very clean. Lovely neighborhood, close to tram and Metro. It is a very nice place, we will definitely go back for another stay."

"Our host and Property Manager, Nicolas, was excellent. He corresponded with us on several occasions before we arrived and was availabe for quick responses throughout our stay. He provided anything additional we needed upon request. He was friendly and smiley. The area has several good restautrants nearby (5-10 mins walking), tram and metro are also within walking distance, as are grocery stores. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated."
