"Great appartement, fully equipped. The location was also very good is it was very close to the city center. However it was still very quiet (not much street noise)."

"We just got back from our trip to France. Nice was amazing and it seems that we picked a great location to enjoy our vacation - L'Oustalet. The place has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, confortable bedroom and spatious livingroom. There is a beautiful shaded terrace to enjoy coffee and home cooked meals. The host was really understanding regarding our late arrival from the airport, we managed to be there around 22.30. Beside the keys, he gave us very helpful information regarding places to visit, means of transportation, etc. The location is at 30 min with tram from the city center (for ex. place massena) but the silence and clean air definetly worth the commute."
