"heel goed gelegen, te voet alles bereikbaar, trams ook, leuk op vierde verdiep met 2 ruimtes om te vertoeven, living met ochtendlicht, klein tweede verdiep om in de vooravond aan site table aan het raam, te genieten van een zelf gemaakt hapje. Keuken met voldoende faciliteiten om ontdekkingen op de markt zelf te verwerken."
