"Perfect location. Had everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds- mother and adult son traveling so we used the sofa bed too."

"The location was very good- a very short walk into the main part of Annecy and a 12 minute walk to and from the station. We were made feel very welcome by the owners who were close, accessible and went out of their way to respond to any request. The studio felt like a ski lodge which gave it lovely ambience."

"It was very small, especially in the bedroom loft where the bed was wedged against one wall and the head room did not allow me to stand up in there. It was quite stuffy as the only window could not be opened. The steps were extremely steep and, even though they were well lit, I would not recommend this studio for people with the slightest mobility issues or of more than average height. The toilet and showers opened into the kitchen so privacy could be an issue for some people. The windows were in the ceiling so when we spent part of the day in there, we couldn’t see outside and it was quite dark."

"The property was exceptionally clean with great attention to detail. The location was fantastic. A short walk to the Old town as well as the lake. Parking was close by at a small charge."

"Well appointed apartment, very clean and tidy, good location, access to old town is easy. Lots of space for luggages. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely friendly hosts, with good recommendations for local restaurants and boulangeries. Bed super comfy. Bonus: Photos were not misleading at all!"

"Nothing to fault. There is no elevator as this is an old building. Wasn't an issue for us and Tim even gave us a hand with luggages but those with lots of heavy bags to carry should keep that in mind. I think there is a neighbour who smokes a lot of cigarette in the hallway and sometimes the cigarette smell sips through the door but wasn't an issue when we were sleeping upstairs in the loft."

"The property was small but perfectly formed. It had pretty much everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. The location was great, a two minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town but with no noise issues, very close to the lake also. The communication with the owner was excellent, being met on arrival with all the information about the apartment was a nice touch. Sleeping was easy with a very cosy bed and an air conditioner to keep things cool."

"I’m struggling to find anything I didn’t like. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment so if you are not keen on stairs that could be a problem."

"The location, right next to the center of the old town, the amenities, how well thought everything was, the hosts. There is no better place to book for your Annecy holidays. Added bonus that Tim speaks perfect english so you do not have to worry about any miscommunication. If you are a couple or a family with young kids look no further. Can't wait to visit again! It felt like a very beautiful home away from home. Thank you so much for everything!!!"
