"Il monolocale con soppalco si è rivelato molto pratico. Arredi un usurati ma tutto funzionale. Posizione eccezionale di fronte alla stazione dei treni, centralissimo, 5’ a piedi dal Palais di Festival, Port Vieux. Contornato da tutti i servizi necessari (al piano terra del palazzo c’è un MonoPrix supermercato). Nonostante sia centrale non è toccato dalla movida chiassosa notturna. Comunque ben insonorizzato verso l’esterno."
"Ascensore guasto per l’intero periodo ma non dipende dal locatario. Piccolo appunto per il bagno, dove la docce non scaricava adeguatamente."

"Nous avons apprécié le confort et la localisation de l'appartement : tout est faisable à pieds pour une petite escapade en bord de mer, la place de parking est un vrai plus. L'appartement est cosy et très fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et les serviettes sont disponibles pour un voyage léger. La terrasse est très appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal : proche de la plage, des commerces, du marché couvert, du marché. La boulangerie est juste en bas. C'est une adresse à garder et recommander ! Un immense merci pour tout !"
"What a lovely property, in the charming little town of bar Sur Seine. We needed to stay overnight as we were picking our car up from a garage in the town the next morning - we found this property and thought it looked good... and it was! Double bed and sofa bed, well equipped kitchen, and a good bathroom. All perfect."
"The apartment was well equipped, nicely decorated, clean and parking available on site. The use of the outdoor swimming pool was an added bonus."
