"Location and comfortable bed."

"I think they need to be more thorough in cleaning as my son Is allergic to dust and we found out there were dust/fibers under the bed. Also a kitchen roll tissue should be provided at least and maybe a bit more generous for the towels. As i needed a second smaller towel for my hair and couldnt find one."

"The apartment was clean & spacious. It was in an excellent location, very central but quiet apart from the rumble of passing trams. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. Shower gel was provided in the bathrooms and sufficient dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. We appreciated the daily delivery of croissants and fresh bread. The kitchen was also stocked with butter, jam, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee & hot chocolate to complete the breakfast."

"Our initial impression was poor. We arrived late at night and used the code given to us to get through the front door. However, we had not been told which apartment was ours and there were no names or numbers on the apartment doors. When by process of elimination we worked out which apartment was ours we had been sent the wrong key code. I got no response when I phoned the emergency phone numbers I had been given . With help from another couple we eventually got in but it was a very frustrating experience. Our stay would have been more comfortable if the apartment had more crockery and some good size tumblers, hand towels & more comfortable seating in the living room. There was also an intermittent sulphurous smell in the en-suite shower room which was quite unpleasant."

"The drainage system in the shower needs cleaning as the smell emanating from the bathroom was putrid. Kitchen exhaust did not work, for us at least."
