"Excellent location. Comfortably furnished. A modern building (by Parisian standards) - which meant the lift worked reliably, the heating functioned without issue and the rooms were spacious (again, by Parisian standards). Plus the check-in process was seamless and the property manager could not have been more helpful."

"Apartament was clean big enough for the family of four. Comfortable beds, excellent location, close to grocery stores and plenty of nice restaurants around 🙂"

"If you decide to cook something more complicated than pasta or boiled eggs - it’s going to be a bit challenging due to lack of appetite kitchen equipment"

"Lovely spacious property, good connections with several metro points in a short walking distance! Bars and restaurants a plenty in the local area. Everything was as described."

"good location near metro stations, quiet and safe neighborhood, very clean apartment, comfortable double bed"

"It does not have air conditioning which makes it difficult to stay on hot days, the sink is dripping and the bathroom is filling with water, the clothes dryer does not seem to work"

"The apartment is large and comfortable. Close to the subway, supermarkets and restaurants. There were basic items available such as olive oil, coffee, salt. The owner was solicitous in all communications. The bathroom is big and the shower is excellent."

"It wasn't something that hindered the stay but some basic kitchen items are missing. The bedroom fan is broken. There could be a fan in the living room because there is no air conditioning in the apartment. It wasn't very hot but we went in the spring, in the summer it can be a problem. But it didn't disturb our stay just a feedback, I would come back for sure!!"

"The property has great location and easy access to the metro line 3 and several bus stations are around the corner."

"We were definitely missing a coffee machine and would have been nicely surprised if mineral water was also waiting for us :)"

"The apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable, spacious and clean."

"It was a bit difficult pushing the luggage to where I had to pick up the key (luckily not too far). It would have been fine with 2 adults so one could wait at the property with the kids."

"incredible place to stay in Paris"

"Good size. Decent furnishings. Host was responsive to any issues raised."

"We had a few issues that were attended to promptly by the host ie replaced bedroom pillows and added another fan. This was appreciated. The design of the sink is a little strange and seems to leak from the tap though it’s not a disaster and I’m sure Axel will figure it out. All in all, a good stay with a responsive host."
