"The apartment is very spacious, clean and welcoming, the stairs from the attic can create problems, but for us it was a challenge to sleep with a family of pigeons! The reception was unexpected, and we enjoyed the caramels and sweets left for the coffee."

"you really can't beat this location - it's right in the heart of everything and such a beautiful historic building but modern inside. really loved it"

"There are steep stairs to get to the apartment which may not suit some and I really didn't like the stairs to the second bedroom in the eves - I definitely would not recommend for elderly visitors needing a second room (downstairs bedroom is fine as they are narrow, steep and a bit wobbly!"

"Location was fantastic, in the heart of Dinan. Rooms were spacious and well furnished, every utility we could have needed met."

"Location was amazing. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed. Staff were so kind and Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, just delicious."

"Location was excellent right in the centre of Dinan and the property had great character and really good space for socialisng with friends. Facilties were generally very good"

"The second top floor bedroom stair case can be a bit challenging in the middle of the night and the upstairs toilet felt a bit scruffy. Also I would have liked some kind of response from the host when I asked for a later checkout on the last day, but I got no message back at all. Maybe she missed it though. I will stress none of these were big issues for us though"

"Noisy in the living room as windows overlook street frequented by tourists (fortunately bedroom located on the opposite side - no issues there), heating needs better programming as not very warm in the apartment."
