"The block is 1930s and the common parts need upgrading. The flat is on the 4th floor so you have to take a two person old fashioned grill cage lift to it. The apartment itself is fine. The shower rose needs checking as it did not work properly."

"Excellent property. Everything felt new and clean and very welcoming. The location was excellent - a few paces from an excellent boulangerie, the Sat market and a supermarket - and walking distance from the old town and the Loire. And a secure garden gate so our e-bikes were safe."
