"The room was lovely! Both, the bed and badroom were super comfortable and even had a private little terrace (we didn't use it much due to the cold weather, but would have been great in summer). On top of that, our host Maxime was very kind and hospitable. I would happily return :)"

"The only thing I would have added is a shower head support on the wall. The room had a very comfy bathtub, but for quick showers would have been a bit more comfortable to be able to hold the shower head a little higher."

"The host was very nice."

"The size of the bed was French."

"What a wonderful place! Maxime, the host, is such a kind and helpful person – very warm and welcoming. He prepares breakfast himself, which is quite rare nowadays. The house is beautiful, with lovely details and a great overall atmosphere. It is located very close to the metro station, in a calm and safe area. I truly hope to come back!"

"Very nice dependance in the middle of Paris, nearby the metro, some fine restaurants and a couple of Supermarkets. Maxime was very nice and always tried to make us feel welcome! Breakfast was good, especially the Oeuf a La Coche."

"Rough driveway and narrow stairs to go up the room"

"The room and the little garden were so cute, it felt like a little escapre from the busy city! Maxime has been very nice and the breakfast was great"

"There is a metro station very close, however you ahve to consider that it will take half hour to reach main turistic spots"

"It was an antic place with very very kind owner. Location was very closed to an important metro station and several restaurants. Breakfast was good as well."

"Size of bed could be a bit larger."
