"Our third visit here. Beautiful room that we have stayed in before. Staff very helpful and friendly as always."
"The complex layout has changed since we visited 12 months ago and the reception is now a long walk from the rooms. We did not see the signage in the dark and therefore parked and walked into the main building to be told that reception was elsewhere. The staff were very apologetic. In the daylight next morning we still all agreed that the sign is not at all easy to see."

"When we entered bar area at lunch time. We told the girl at the bar, we had wanted lunch and where could we sit, she recommended the lounge area. After looking at it, we decided we would rather sit at a table, we then helped ourselves to a menu and enquired if it was the lunch time menu. She then told us, that they did not do lunch. Why on earth could she have not informed us at the start. Was she going to leave us in the lounge area twiddling our thumbs! We found the rest of the staff very helpful."
"We absolutely loved our stay, we were sorry it was only for one night as it was a halfway stop on a long journey but we will definitely be back! Colourful decor, clean, relaxing, brilliant food we loved the pie and street food pop up and finally amazing staff, everyone was so friendly and hard working!"
