"Different name as to what I booked- called Churchill not Innit Covered in scaffolding and rubbish dumped outside Not at all as the photos on booking.com very tired doors very difficult to lock and unlock due to wear Place smelt of weed which was reported and was told guests would be reminded of no smoking and the place would be aired!!- drugs offences not mentioned!"

"We were on the 3rd floor, room 8. We couldn’t get the door key out of the safe box and had to call the management! The room was very tired and shabby. The photos on Booking.com was nothing like the room Joy 8?"

"I was very disappointed with the outlook the room the lack of staff facilities and response to my needs I was no able to change or cancel my booking even after being scammed. Once I had booked it sais I'd have to pay cancellation fees. Yet before I booked it said I could cancel for free. I've never experience a BnB like this before the bed was comfortable and my stay wasn't dreadful but it was by no means a pleasant stay . I felt quite alone which I've never felt before on my travels. ."
"No breakfast facilities no kitchen no staff dreadful view. Small basin not enough supplies to make tea and coffee . No assistance on a four flight stairs . No awareness of my needs as a 72yr old disabled person. I was stressed . I did sleep well the bed was comfortable the room was reasonably warm . I felt like I was on my own ."
