"朝食がとても美味しくて、インテリアも素敵だった。"
"ダブルベッド2つの部屋を2泊、半年前に予約し、事前チェックインをしたのですが、当日部屋が埋まったからとのことで、別の少し良い部屋2室に変更になりました。 次の日予定を終えて部屋にもどろうとしたら、2室のうち1室はチェックアウトされてます、と言われ荷物も動かされていました。 初日に部屋の変更があったことを伝えると再度同じ部屋に入ることができました。 受付のスタッフの方はみなさん感じが良かったので、きちんと状況を引き継いでいただけるとありがたいです。 でも本当に良いホテルなのでマンチェスターにきたらまた泊まります。"

"First night I stayed on the 3rd floor- really nice rooms (much nicer than the 5th and 6th floor btw) Staff were amazing! really warm welcome, we were really looked after one night by three staff members in particular- Tracy, Tayo and Arthur. Next level service. We also loved this coworking concept you developed in the bar/cafe. I spent time there in the day catching up on emails and the atmosphere was really lovely, productive. Good concept all around."
"The room was a bit unfortunate. The reception staff, Arthur did his best to update our room. We were disappointed that they were so different in quality. I recommend updating these to match the 3rd floor."
