"スタッフの方がとても親切でした。重い荷物をお部屋まで運んでくれたり、鍵の使い方など親切に教えてくれました。お部屋は家具や装飾などクラッシックで落ち着いた雰囲気した。 窓からはチェスターの可愛らしい住宅が見えました。 枕は薄かったので、半分に折りました。 チェスター駅までとても近く、街の中心にも歩いて行けます。"

"チェックインが２時半からと早いのが良い。フレンドリーなおじさんに案内されて部屋に入ると、 清潔な感じが好印象。トイレ洗面所シャワールームのきれいさが印象的。 屋根上の中庭のみが覗ける部屋だったが採光には役に立つ。 トイレ横のすりガラスの採光窓も使い勝手がよく気持ちが良かった"

"The location close to the station is really good, and easy walking distance to the City Centre. Booking and checking in was dead easy and the host was brilliant. He gave me a slight upgrade at no extra which was very nice and thecroom was just right - quiet, clean, comfortable."
"It was excellent value for money, so I have no complaints - the dark mirror in the bathroom was a little strange - it reminded me of a one way mirror you see in the movies, but I'm sure it wasn't :-)"
