"Extremely clean. The bathroom is very modern and fancy. The balcony was very spacious. There was a large selection of plates, cutlery etc. There was everything you could need for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The TV had youtube support. There was plenty of towels. 24/7 convenience store in the neighboring building. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby."

"Отличное жилье, очень удобное расположение. Зимой-ранней весной не холодно за счет имеющихся батарей (для меня это было важно). Очень гостеприимный и приятный хозяин, все показал-рассказал, угостил своим домашним вином. Я осталась в полном восторге"

"Все! Радушный хозяин, отдельный дом для проживания в близи парка Боржоми. В доме тепло, так как останавливались в январе это важно (есть батареи, а не обогреватели), уютно, удобная кровать, кухня со всем необходимым, санузел небольшой, но все грамотно и функционально продумано. Хотелось остаться ещё, но увы это место уже было забронировано, а мы планировали ехать дальше. Рекомендую. В след раз, когда поедем в Боржоми останавливаться будем именно здесь"

"Апартаменты комфортные и чистые, жильё поддерживается в отличном состоянии. Зимой в них достаточно тепло — есть две батареи. Дом расположен в удобной локации, откуда очень комфортно гулять по городу. Хозяин приятный и отзывчивый человек. По улице бегают дружелюбные котики, с которыми можно посидеть у дома на лавочке. У нас остались самые приятные впечатления от поездки и проживания — обязательно вернёмся сюда снова."

"Есть все необходимое, при необходимости можно отдать стирку хозяевам. Рядом парк и рестораны, обычно есть места для парковки недалеко. Зимой достаточно тепло. Хозяин приветливый и ненавязчивый."

"Perfect location. Earlier comment in 2022 is not correct which says that you have to walk steep for long to get here. It can 25 meters heights in cc 120 meter distance and it is not specially steep. It is in the old town among traditional buildings, walking around is a big enjoyment. Walk to St. George church gives also beautiful view of Tbilisi and from here you can hike up to Mother of Georgia or you just can see it from close. Center of the old city is in some minutes distance. Freedom square and metro station is 10 minutes walk.Very nice owner. For me the most important was that it is silent. You can have good sleep without neighbour shouting, without unidentified electric noises or traffic noise or unpleasant music. You have also a small terrace at the entrance with a table where you can eat if you want."

"Everything was perfect! Thank you. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. There was a kitchenette on the ground floor of the hotel, which the guest can use. Everything you need is nearby (restaurants with local food, bakery, ATMs, vegetables and fruits, taxi, minibuses...). We really enjoyed our stay. If we are lucky enough to be in Ninotsminda again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation. Ninotsminda offers amazing nature, authentic villages and very warm-hearted people."
