"This is a one-room apartment with a small kitchen corner and a functional bath. It has some daylight, sufficient shopping possibilities nearby and a functional though somewhat old-school interior with a sowjet era touch. The heating was warm enough in may. It is quiet, with full privacy and working WiFi, great for work as well as spending time in the city if you are fit to walk (it's not too close to the main attractions)."

"We had good stay and spend relaxing and usefull time in the cosy atmosphere of lukyhome. Good house, clean and modern. Cheers, we wish to visit the wonderful town, the area of the house and the place again. The area is very interesting and so close to the center whit sightseeings around. It would be useful if you can have a proper map of the place, the google do not advise you, but the lady from the house do it great, thank you so mich."

"The property is only 13minutes walk away from freedom square and you will find a lot of beautiful churches, park & groceries nearby. Its very accesible, by car it was just 5mins drive. Please use BOLT app when booking for rides as they’re way cheaper than the taxi because they dont use meter. I wasnt able to use Bolt from airport to this property and the taxi driver charged us 60 GEL, using Bolt app from this property to the airport we only paid 20GEL. The host is very responsive and very warm. The neighbor is very quiet and everyone had a smile on their face. I highly recommend this for family because its very homey."

"I have stayed in this apartment 3-4 times. The host is a very kind, smiling and always helpful lady. The last night she brought us a Georgian food, it was delicious. Thank you for everything. Hope to see you again."

"Чисто, много места, тепло ( мощный газовый обогреватель), не плохой вид из окошка на кухне, на улице много котиков и нет собак."

"Туалет тут очень забавный, вмонтирован прям в пол. Конечно не помешала бы хоть как-нибудь плита но в описании чётко говорилось что есть тока микроволновка."

"Breakfast is not included, but there are several good cafes and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A convenience store is also nearby. It's right behind Meydan Square, so it's convenient for catching taxis and sightseeing. The owner is fluent in English and is very lovely. I've stayed here a total of three times, traveling to Kazbegi and Azerbaijan."

"It is a Centrally located place. It is a 2 minute walk to freedom square. Every night we went to the most famous spots in tbilisi, in the heart of the city by walk in 5-10 minutes. Wonderful and warm host who was always accessible at any point of time. Provided a fully equipped and functional kitchen with all the amenities incuding minute things such as salt, sugar, oil etc . the bathroom was clean and well kept as well. The place was tidy and felt like a home away from home. The host has given attention to all minute details making sure that anyone who comes here has everything at their fingertips. Couldn't find a better and more accommodating host than this . This was a hundred times better than a hotel, would recommend this to anyone blindly!!!"

"This is an idyllic accommodation with the best and overwhelming host you can imagine! The multiple language speaking host (English, Russian, Ukrainian, Armenian and Greek) is so friendly and spends a lot of time with her guest. Sitting in the garden/on the terrace with two friendly dogs and two cats is very relaxing. The room is big with new furniture and well furnished. A fan and a washing machine is also provided. You can easily walk to the metro station on foot (5 to 10 minutes walking) and reach the city centre very fast."
