"Very pleasant, tidy, functional place. Complete and well-used kitchen. Very friendly staff. A large upstairs lounge that seems to be never used, so good if you want a large table or a leather couch for a while. A good choice"

"Very nice house at entrance of city, 15 minutes walk to center. Nice room with good beds and good bathroom. If wanted you can sit on terras. Very friendly hosts."

"トビリシの地下鉄イサニ駅から徒歩十数分のところにある民泊。個人の家の一室（＋浴室）を借りる形の宿だ。宿泊価格（というか物価全般）が数年前から高騰しているジョージアで，トビリシのメトロ駅近くにある格安宿。宿の人たちは総じてフレンドリーだ。◆宿の看板は出ていないので，写真の中心に映っている扉の呼鈴を押すと宿の人が出てきてくれるはずだ。◆宿から徒歩数分のところにSPARやニコラといったミニスーパーがあるので買物に便利。生ビールを売る店もある。大型スーパーが必要な場合は，イサニ駅から南へ徒歩10分くらいのところにカルフールがある。◆客室に狭いながらもバルコニーがあったので，洗濯物がすぐに乾いた。"

"We stayed some nights in the suite: really beautiful, spacious, clean, and with soundproof curtains. We had read reviews here complaining about street noise... well, the noise is barely audible once the soundproof curtains are pulled down, and we slept great. Very comfortable beds!!! The breakfast is good, not a lot of sweets, but we preferred it that way!! The staff was very helpful and always available. I recommend it, even for longer stays. The location is excellent and central."
