"Spacious, clean, washing machine, response host, good location, airco. Wifi was weak/slow but host fixed that promptly with a booster."

"Shower is totally impractical, everything is wet afterwards, lack of ventilation, minimally equipped kitchen (no wine glasses and blunt knives just as examples). Bed was ok-ish, but everytime the other person moved it shook."

"A huge thank to Anna for welcoming us as welcome and dear guests. The feedback was prompt - we received support in any questions we had. We were met and checked in at the agreed time. Anna was always in touch and always helped us with our requests. The apartment is excellent. Cozy, like home. The high ceilings give the feeling of a large space. The bed is comfortable and big. There is a wardrobe room. The kitchen is functional. The bathroom is spacious. All appliances worked properly. The location is very convenient. 5 minutes walk from Parliament and Rustaveli avenue. It's quiet at night - nothing will disturb your sleep. We felt comfortable and happy in this apartment and we wish you the same."

"The location is great, it’s near the center, but it’s not loud at night. Flat is very nice, clean, there was everything we needed, even washing machine. The hosts were very helpful and kind, they helped us find the place, shared where to change currency and saw us off on our last day"

"Very spacious, tastefully decorated. Exactly like in the photos. Not run down. Was well maintained and clean. My child enjoyed the tub. Beds were comfortable. The sofa became a sofa bed. Towels and toiletries provided. Host is very sweet."

"Apartment in a new building, on the 6th floor. Great view of the mountains and a piece of the sea. Large bathroom with a spacious shower. Great bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows, nice bed linen. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything you need is here! Greetings to the owners:-)"

"if I could have given this place an 11 instead of a 10, I would have done exactly that! The hotel is one of the most cosy places I've ever stayed. It is nicely decorated and sets up a romantic mood. It's close to the center and very quiet. The room is clean and there is everything you need in the kitchen. The owner is very caring and hospitable. I have already recommended it to my friends, and when I return to Tbilisi, I really hope that it will not be occupied :)"

"The hostel owner was incredibly kind. He warmly welcomed us when we arrived in the evening, changed our sheets, and made a very cozy little room. We left for the airport at 3 AM and lost my ring in the room. After contacting the owner, he kept it safe for me. I'm so grateful to him. I love Georgia, and I'll definitely come back in the summer."

"I really like Daria, She's an amazing host that will go above and beyond to accommodate Your needs. The house was like a work of art on its own, plenty of paintings inside, and the building itself was really colourful, almost everyone stopped to take the pictures of it, I know that because I could see it from the balcony from which the views are also interesting, especially when it gets dark. The location was perfect really close to all of the historical places, but at the same time not crowded and quiet. I feel like, if you want to experience the real soul of Tbilisi, this is the place for you!"

"Good and clean apartment in 10-15 minutes walk from Borjomi spring. Very friendly and attentive host, who leaved in the house nearby, so you can ask for something if needed. There was also a kitchen in the apartment with all necessary stuff for cooking so we cooked a breakfast for us. Highly recommend this place to stay in Borjomi."
