"予約時に無料の空港送迎をお願いしてて時間通りにネームボードを待っていてくれてセキュリティーもしっかりしていて安心できました。 朝食が7:00からで朝7:00にツアーのピックアップが来る予定をチェックインの時に言ったらパックに詰めて渡してくれました。 結局ツアー会社のミスで9:00になりましたがコーヒーも出してくれて、英語が苦手な私に代わって電話してくれたりスタッフがとても親切でした。 清潔でWiFiも快適で、またガーナに来る予定があるので是非泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました^_^"

"Conveniently located close to the airport. I was picked up after arriving with a late flight. Next morning the driver brought me to the long-distance bus station and helped me buying the ticket. Very friendly staff!"

"The fixed choice of breakfast was something not appealing. However last 2 days we were served buffet breakfast but last 3 days there was no butter. Gym was very basic and it was not cleaned every day."
