"The place is really good. The reception was amazing and didn't take long to do my check in. Monarch hotel has a good hospitality service, the people are amazing and give a good service. "The room was exceptionally clean. The location is perfect. We weren't pleased with the breakfast because we're vegans but we had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the hotel, who is a lovely man, and when i shared our displeasure with the breakfast he was very accommodating. I definitely will stay there again and highly recommend the hotel."
