Zimansky Hotel

"I loved the wash room, bed was so comfortable, I loved the food and your staff are so professional…they were always smiling and that made me feel welcomed…and the gentleman at the reception will be the reason for my come back for holidays…he gave me a good reception…To you Mr. (sorry I didn’t ask of your name) thank you for dropping me at the airport…"

"I preferred the fan to the A/C but I couldn’t do the switch…I feel the fan should get it own remote…also the switch when power goes off is too laud…kindly add DSTV to your channels and a note of your WiFi password should be placed on your table(s) thank you.."

"The staff were very helpful and cordial. Had a problem with verifying our payment for our stay but it was sorted out very quickly and we were checked in. Really appreciated their effort. The hotel met our expectations. Superb."

"The host went with me to get food late at night as the restaurant was closed which was excellent. Really grateful for pickup and droppoff at the airport and allowing me to print my files."

"The restaurant should not have been closed, as it was mentioned it closed at 10:30pm and I was there before. Wifi stopped working over night, but mifi was working again in morning."

"The hotel's name is ZIMANSKY and it is actually an acroynm...it stands for Zealous, Irresistible, Magnificient, Ambitious, Noble hearted, Sympathetic, Kilig & Year -long. I was very fascinated with this name and what fascinated me more was how all the hotel staff were behaving & acting the zimansky way and providing very friendly & excellent customer care services 👏👏"

"The hotel driver coming to pick up guests from the airport should always carry a sign post of the hotel name so that the guests can quickly identify the person for safety reasons to assure them that they are being picked up by the right person."

"The property is calm and clean"

"The food was tasty, especially the Jallow rice. Breakfast was sufficient, though in typical African fashion the setup sometimes took a bit of time and occasionally something might be missing — but whenever we asked, we received service. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and I have to praise the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were kept clean, and the clothes we had sent for laundry came back to our room washed and neatly folded. One evening, when we returned from dinner at a restaurant, the hotel gates were locked and the night guard was apparently elsewhere at that moment. It took a little while before we could get inside. The next morning I suggested they install a doorbell, and by the afternoon a maintenance man was already on-site with the new bell installed. I can tell you that even the heaviest sleeper on night duty will certainly wake up to that bell!"
