"Overall a lovely location, 15 minutes by fiot to the beach, and our appartment had a nice terrace. The pool area is also nice, and you can get drinks and food at the bar."
"The kitchen was very scarcely stocked, which was not terrible as i was not there for too long but if i was staying longer this would have bothered me. The beds were sadly not very comfortable, the mattress was very hard. Also there were no pool towels for the guests to use."

"Our superior apartment was great with a very good sized balcony and the pool area was very nice. George was helpful whenever needed via messenger and the small confusion with room on arrival was resolved next day and kindly gave us a complimentory breakfast, some language barriers with other staff but again always helpful."
"As we didn't have a car the location of the Balito for us with a young child and push chair was a tough walk back up from the coast road."

"The customer service was abysmal. We booked the apartment at 6pm and informed the owner that we would arrive at 8pm. There was nobody to meet us and we waited an hour for the owner to arrive. The room was basic and functional but not quite as luxurious as the photos portray. The owner offered us a complimentary breakfast. My husband was given his ( the bacon was inedible) ..I waited 15 minutes before I enquired whether I would offered one- only to be told it had been given to someone else. Overall a very disappointing stay."

"We suffered all the preparation works/shouts fot the National Day Celebration Party next to the Hotel but the hotel was not responsible for that."
"The beds were surprisingly very comfortable, even the sofa beds. Fluffy and clean pillows too. Linens and towels were changed as often as asked."
