"The rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty, linens smelled great! Rains were heavy on the second day and our stroller got soaked, the guy at the front desk took it upon himself to dry it and deliver it back just hours later. He was the best part of the whole experience!"

"I am a light sleeper and this hotel was perfect, extremely quiet, the bed was comfortable, very good air conditioning, coffee was available 24/7 with cake for free, in the morning at about 5am whilst it is still dark if you go to the upstairs terrace you can see fuego erupting with the bright orange lava to watch"

"Very nice and peaceful hotel. Room was also lovely. Beautiful view of the volcano and lots of plants. Staff is also amazing: they did their best to accommodate us properly with food and snacks for the acetenango hike we did the next day. Also helped us a lot with tips on what to do in Antigua."

"The lack of English was frustrating even with Google translate, I was lost one night and reception couldn’t help me, at one stage the hot water wouldn’t work, and very hard to find out what was happening, Kind helpful staff but they need basics."

"The garden pictures don’t do justice. You know ow you have chosen well when you arrive at the hotel entrance. Staff were amazing. Fresh coffee, water and cake available all day. Breakfast included was a bonus. This was the third and last place we booked in Antigua and would happily stay again."

"Had very happy 1 week stay here. Beautiful well maintained garden, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi connection and desk in each room to work remotely. Very nice and positive people who work there. Location is good, in a short walkable distance from all main attractions. Delicious breakfasts. Coffee and cake supplies for 24 hours is amazing!"
"Small suggestions for improvements: more hangers in the rooms will be great, and the curtains block the light completely, which is good in night time. But in daytime without them everyone can see what is going inside the room. So another curtains for daylight will be great as well."
