"We had to drive out to get breakfast. The location is quiet good, closer to the fast food chains around Agana area."
"I would have preferred a bigger parking space as I was driving a rental car. The parking slots were too narrow and somehow difficult to open the car doors wide for easy access."
"Spacious, with enough room for everyone in my group. Host was very understanding when I needed to change booking to accommodate my group size. Also there was a washer and dryer. Super useful! Location was central to everything that I needed to go."

"整體CP值算優的， 生活機能方便， 離超市不會很遠， 開車一下就到，住戶品質也不錯！治安良好的小型社區，也有私人獨立的停車位， 直接就在門口， 平常都可以直接透過窗戶觀看、觀查自己租的車是否還在，安全、放心許多。"
"沒有吹風機和洗衣機， 能提供的話會更好。 後門空地，有兩個超大蜘蛛網，若能清潔乾淨，提供曬衣，會更棒！還有衣櫥的衣架都有灰塵，我洗了很多來用，但是衣櫃裡還是有很多都有灰塵的衣架。兩床房的小床有髒屑和頭髮，這些如果都加強整理，一定會吸引許多遊客入住。謝謝屋主提供我們入住一星期。"
"The place is what I expected. It was clean, complete with amenities, and the location is excellent. This location is conveniently close to a grocery store, the Agana Shopping Center, and several popular dining options, including McDonald's, Jollibee, Taco Bell, Subway, Wendy's, Capriossa, and Panda Express. I like that there is free assigned parking. Very convenient and no need to worry about parking. Also, the host, Queen, is very responsive and accommodating."
"Just the flooring. I am not a fan of ceramic tiles. It is cold.. Need indoor slippers. But my stay was excellent."
"Comfy beds, good AC, spacious, centrally located to the whole island (other people might like to stay close to the beach but I like to go to a different beach/area every day so this was the perfect location for that). A grocery store is only a block or two away. Good water pressure and hot water. The apartment isn’t fancy but it gets the job done for a reasonable price. I could hear roosters from the apartment (which will be the case anywhere on the island) but they weren’t super close/didn’t wake me up. I would happily stay here again if I returned to Guam."
"No nightstands/lamps next to the bed and it’s close to the airport so the planes coming in for a landing are very loud (only woke me up once tho)."
