"地理位置很好，出大樓就有公車站和地鐵，附近是鬧區很好買。 房間空間小，一個人住算剛好。"
"進到大樓須先過2個樓梯，雖然只有3~4階，但要提大型行李還是很不方便。電梯太小，所以要等一段時間，出門要提早。 我住的房間磁磚鬆動，一舉一動都會牽動磁磚。因為房間空間真得不大，所以沒有額外的椅子，辦公都在床上。 沒有冰箱，冷氣的出風口是壞的，所以會一直往床上吹。"
