"スタッフが常に気遣ってくれて快適過ごす手助けをしてくれた。目の前が海なので、ホテル裏のバルコニーから直接泳ぎに行ける。洗濯機があるので助かる"

キッチンの利用ができないため外食かホテル内での注文をする必要があり、出費面で少し苦労した。

"親切なスタッフが夜間も含めて常駐しており、都度、作業の手を止めて丁寧に対応してくれた。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。 テラスが複数あり、波の音を聞きながらリラックスできる空間もある。レストランのほか、夜間も飲み物を販売してくれるのも助かった。 部屋や共有設備も綺麗に清掃されていた。Wifiも良好だった。"

"Handy to bus stops and restaurants and s great bake/bread shop in front. The security is super and the people running it really nice. I like that they have soft towels and a bath mat in each room. All the extra touches to make it homey. Also there is a great laundry mat right next door. I have stayed there several times.(lol at the hostel. Not the laundry mat)"

"Everything. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and very clean. You can really feel the love and attention to detail everywhere. The chill areas are great to relax, and the breakfast was more than decent. Amélie, the owner, is an amazing host – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her Auberge is truly a dream."

The only small downside was the location being a bit far from the central bus station, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect the overall great experience.

Great room but the bed was very soft

"若いスタッフが活躍している。英語も流暢、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれる。 カフェ併設、手頃な料金でメニューも豊富、食事には困らない。 どこにでもアクセスしやすい。(坂を上り下りするが、近くにスーパーもある)"

wifiのエリアが狭い。宿泊したバンガローでは使えず、カフェも微妙に繋がらない。 バンガローは個室なのに一番安かったが、値段なりの課題があった。一番は水量が少なく、シャワーもまともに浴びれない(共用シャワーを使った) 併設のカフェで音楽イベントなどが開催され、宿泊者以外の出入りも多い。

"鍾路3街駅から徒歩で10分弱のところにあり、駅からゲストハウスまでの間に人気のある焼肉通りやカフェ通りなどがあるし、コンビニもいくつかあって外食するのに便利だった。また施設は部屋がわりと広く、オンドルが効いており少々暑すぎて窓を開けて部屋の温度調節をしたくらいだった。（暖かくて良かったということです）チャンドックンを初めとして観光名所にも徒歩距離だったりと便利。ゲストハウスのフロントは英語が通じるし、早い時間の到着だったが部屋に入れてもらえて荷物も置かせてくれた。（booking.comのメッセージ機能では玄関の鍵の番号を知らせられないので）メルアドを知らせるようにとチェックイン直前にメッセージ連絡があり、メルアドを知らせたところ、鍵の番号を知らせるメールがすぐに届いていた。（この点だけは間違いなくやり取りできるパソコンのメルアドを知らせる必要があるので注意。docomoアドレスなど使うと届かないかも）500ミリペットボトル水が2本、プラカップ2個、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉がありました。1階奥の共用のキッチン、冷蔵庫（冷凍室あり）が使えた。キッチンに備え付けてあったウォーターサーバーは利用しました。ベッドの寝心地は良かった。寝るだけの部屋としては部屋にトイレとシャワー、テレビもあったし、たまたま宿泊者も少なかったのか静かだったので良かった。トイレとシャワーの間にシャワーカーテンがありました。温水の出も良かった。（使用しなかったがエアコンついていたので夏も泊まれますね）"

足ふきタオルは山ほど置いてあったけれど、バスタオルやフェイスタオルがなかった。持参していたタオルを使ったのであえてフロントにたずねなかった。3泊したけれど掃除は入らず、二泊目の夜に部屋に戻ったら部屋の中のごみ箱のゴミだけ捨ててあった（洗面所のゴミはそのままだった）まあゲストハウスならこんなもんでしょう。

"Perfect location within a couple of minutes' walk from the main train station (and a big mall with a supermarket open until late), surprisingly quiet for being in the very centre of the city, exceptionally clean. Great value for money. Very satisfied, thank you so much!"

Toilet room very cold in winter but you don't spend a long time in it anyway, lol. Mattress could be a bit better but nothing that prevented a good night's sleep.

Nice mountainview from the windows. Internet worked perfectly. Shop and museum is very close like villages other services as well."

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

遅い時間はスタッフ不在になるため、夜同じ二段べッドを使うゲストの影響で眠れなかった時、相談できなかった。

"共有スペースに電子レンジや小さい冷蔵庫、ポットがある。ディアナ神殿まで10分、バスターミナルまで15分なので立地もいいと思う。斜め向かいに小さいスーパーもある。"

階段が急だと書いてる人もいたけど、それほどじゃない。チェックインは19時までにしたほうがよさそう。それ以降だとたぶん30分くらい待つのでは。

"We came very late in the morning and Hamza was very kind to receive us and show us around. The room was a surprise - clean, very new with a perfect shower and a techie mirror - :) The location was near the Asian express terminal where we could find the exchange office and got a bus -" mashrutka" downtown. We enjoyed our stay there for sure - thank you !"

"昼間に居る受付のおじさんがとっても親切だった。サルトと、ワディムサまでローカルバス行ったのですが、親切に乗り場を教えてくれた。聞かないと分からなかったので有り難かった。一度別のホステスに泊まったのですが、そこではローカルバスで行きたいと言ったら、外で誰かに聞いてとけんもほろろだったので。 場所がいい。ダウンタウン中心部なのでレストラン、スーパー、買い物に困らない。 そんなに綺麗では無いですが、私は特に問題無かった。居心地がいいほうが優った。 直接行ったら7JD、ブッキングコム経由なら5JD"

夜ホットシャワー出なかった。バスルームはあまり綺麗で無い。
